For me the best restaurant in town. You can everything from a Ceviche, Cabrito northern style, to Cuy (andean guinea pig) which is typical from the area. Great value for money. It can get crowded on weekends.

I am a New Yorker and I come to this country multiple times a year for business...This restaurant is NUMBER 1 in all of Cajamarca, by far. From the plating/presentation, to the quality and care going into every dish, this restaurant is legitimate. This is a gourmet restaurant of Western standards.
